RHCDA knows that building strong and healthy neighborhoods is a collective effort. In order to better connect and inform neighborhood organizations, financial institutions, local governments, and community residents, we are posting select community events on our webpage. These events are not run by or sponsored by RHCDA unless stated otherwise. Please contact the event organizers with questions or concerns.
Description: The mission of the summit is to bring together elected officials, community leaders, industry professionals and non-profit housing agency directors and staff to learn about current foreclosure, fraud and loan performance trends, learn about new consumer protection and residential lending laws, engage in discussions with policy experts and housing professionals, and identify promising practices to preserve homeownership.
Description: Metro Transit wants to hear from you on the future transit needs for the St. Louis Metropolitan region. Currently, we are undergoing a planning process, called "Moving Transit Forward," that will determine immediate (1-5 years), short-term (5-10 years), and long-term (10-30 years) transit investments that address service restoration, enhancement, growth, and expansion. If you care about transit and its role in creating jobs, generating new development projects, and improving our region's quality of life, then you should get involved in "Moving Transit Forward."
RHCDA is Regional Housing and Community Development Alliance, a nonprofit organization that creates and supports the alliances that make smart, sustainable neighborhood revitalization possible in the St. Louis region.
"Through funding, financing, training, and just plain hard work, RHCDA has made a tremendous difference in our neighborhood. When we have questions, they're there. They give amazing advice. They stick around. They even come to our annual neighborhood pot luck dinner, covered dishes in hand."
