Eleanor started with RHCDA in February, 2007 as the Data Management Coordinator.  She maintains and analyzes RHCDA's databases, communicating information via GIS mapping technology.  Eleanor also works directly with area Community Development Corporations to assist them in finding and interpreting a wide variety data about their service areas.  She represents St. Louis at National Neighborhood Indicators Partnership events and sits on the Data Portal Committee of the East-West Gateway Council of Governments Regional Plan for Sustainable Development.

Eleanor earned her B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago and her M.A. in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University.  She is the treasurer for the St. Louis Chapter of the American Statistical Association and a Certified Housing Development Finance Professional.
