Eleanor is the Data Management Coordinator for RHCDA.  She maintains and analyzes RHCDA's databases, communicating information via GIS mapping technology.

Eleanor earned her B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago and her M.A. in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development at Saint Louis University.  Since moving to St. Louis, she has been actively involved in community issues, serving on the board of BUILD St. Louis and volunteering at events for CASA St. Louis County.  She is a member of the American Planning Association, the Urban Land Institute, and the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association.

RHCDA is Regional Housing and Community Development Alliance, a nonprofit organization that creates and supports the alliances that make smart, sustainable neighborhood revitalization possible in the St. Louis region.

"It is safe to say that RHCDA has helped save several St. Louis neighborhoods by taking on financially troubled housing, developed and previously managed by others.  RHCDA has really made a difference to the city and to investors who are interested in helping to preserve and develop housing in the city."
