Annual Reports

In the year 2008 alone, RHCDA assisted in $83.5 million in redevelopment in St. Louis neighborhoods.  Development was completed on 184 homes and apartments, and another 190 homes and apartments and 33,000 square feet of commercial space were actively under development at the end of the year.  Also, RHCDA provided individualized capacity-building technical assistance to 12 community-based organizations and our Regional Neighborhood Support Collaborative program provided $120,000 in operating grants to three local CDCs.

RHCDA is Regional Housing and Community Development Alliance, a nonprofit organization that creates and supports the alliances that make smart, sustainable neighborhood revitalization possible in the St. Louis region.

"It is safe to say that RHCDA has helped save several St. Louis neighborhoods by taking on financially troubled housing, developed and previously managed by others.  RHCDA has really made a difference to the city and to investors who are interested in helping to preserve and develop housing in the city."
